Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
99% of the the time, orders are processed within 24 hours. If a problem arises, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment we will contact you via email. or phone.
Holiday Order Processing and Shipping Delays
Please be aware that during holidays, our order processing may experience some delays. Our dedicated team will be taking a well-deserved break, which means that some orders placed around holiday periods may be processed immediately following the holiday.
Additionally, our shipping partners, including USPS and UPS, often face high volumes during these times. This increased demand can lead to shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience with us is smooth and enjoyable, even during the busiest seasons.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
CPF Lures ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where available. If the shipper you choose does not ship to P.O. boxes or APF/FPO addresses, you will be informed before checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text (if you choose text confirmation) once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CPF Lures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
CPF Lures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If package arrived damaged, please also take pictures for the claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
